Anjules: Dreams do Come True

I had the privledge of spending an afternoon with Angela and watching one of her amazing pieces come to life. You can watch the process below.

Angela has an amazing opportunity right around the corner and she needs your help. Her jewelry designs were selected as one of the three finalists for being launched as  a Higashi jewelry line. About Angela:

Angela Heim´s jewelry career started after taking a local soldering workshop in 2010. She enrolled in night classes at HACC for further jewelry instruction, under the guidance of Ben Fierer. Since the first class on stone setting, Angela has an endless fascination for vividly colored gemstones, precious or not. The gemstones provide the inspiration and Angela uses silver and gold to form reoccurring patterns to accentuate the diverse textures and cuts of the gemstones.

Like most artists Angela has a quirky side; she loves to create crowns and tiaras that she dreamt about as a young child. Angela works under the alias of AnJules and is a member of the Yellow Breeches Chapter of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsman, the Pennsylvania Society of Goldsmiths and a member of the American Craft Council.

Angela resides in the peaceful outer edge of Lykens, PA with her husband two children. Together they raise their family with the same "if you can dream it, you can do it" attitude that propels Angela´s designs.
