From april 2012 I could fall apart today fall into your amrs fall asleep I could fall into the darkness if I let myself fall into space fall down I could fall lightly like the leaves blowing in the wind I could fall hard  like a rock sinking to the bottom of a lake I could fall to my knees and pray I could fall into bed  fall futher fall deeper Or I could Fly While I worked on Alexandria, I began to feel like I could fly.

Alexandria was finished with some fun braids to expose her warp colors, and copper tubing. I love the idea of having a piece that functions both as a scarf and as a necklace. I'm also really drawn to creating mixed media pieces. I like the challenge and playfulness of finding ways to combine materials.

I decided to do a mini photo shot. I first drove to an abandoned amusement park near my house, but it was fenced off. I didn't have a lot time , so I drove back home and took some photos in my backyard. I have a Nikon d40, and what I love most about it, is that it has a setting where I can tell it that I want it to keep taking photos in specific intervals, which makes it much easier to take photos of myself. I just set up the camera, and let it shoot for awhile, and normally get a few good ones.
