Studio

Some images from my studio. While I don't always love warping the yarn. I do love what the yarn looks like when you chain it off of the warping board. For those of you that are unfamiliar with weaving. The purpose of warping the yarn is to measure out the length of the yarn that you need, and also to put the each piece of yarn in order so that it is ready to be put onto the loom, and threaded in a precise way to create a pattern. My warping board it hung on hooks on the wall so that I can take it off and move it around the house or take it outside, in case I don't always want to work in the studio.
