Smithsonian Crocheted Coral Reef

I've been wanting to go to DC to see the crochted coral reef that they have on display at the Smithsonian. The exhibit is free, as all musuems in DC are free, and fairly small, but was fun to see. The exhibit was created by a large group of crocheters, that created fasinationg and creative coral reefs. One of the reefs was created from all recycyeld materials, they crocthed with plastic bags. I think that my favorite pieces were the really declicate pieces and the ones hanging from the ceiling. There were also some wonderful reefs created from crocheted with beads. Its worth checking out.
