I loved that you could actually see the plants breaking through the ground. Process: woven on the loom, off the loom texture was added, wire was pushed through the fabricate to represent the plants breaking through the ground. Pin It

For Sale This piece is part of a series of scarves that I am creating, each inspired by the colors and changing of the seasons. Photobucket This piece was hand woven on a loom and then altered off of the loom. Ends of the yarn were pulled in order to create the texture. The colors as well as the textures of the piece were inspired by nature. Pin It
